We accept orders from most countries and will ship products available on our site with the following exceptions ( Liquid Force and O'Neill ). This may also include other brands- and we reserve the right to cancel any order.
All international orders (orders shipped or billed outside the US) must have a shipping address that matches the billing address. All international orders are verified by our billing department for fraud prevention before shipping. This may cause a brief delay in processing international orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard credit cards as our only methods of payment for international orders. All prices listed on Adrenalinewatersports.com are in US dollars. You will be charged by your credit card company the US dollar amount converted by your country’s current exchange rate.
Please be advised that if the billing and shipping address do not match, your order may not be approved. If this occurs, we will require the card company’s telephone number listed on the back of your credit card. Once we have verified your information with the issuing bank, we will promptly process your order. Additionally, we will process your order if you change the shipping address to match the billing address.
Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for any and all import taxes and duty charges. Each country will have their own specific charges due upon arrival and we recommend you check them first before ordering. We will not make a "dummy" invoice for the purpose of trying to avoid taxes due. All items are shipped with a invoice reflecting their purchased price and shipping cost.

International Product Warranty Service
All items are covered by their Factory Warranty. Shipping both to the factory and back to you will be your responsibility ( the factory will only return warranty replacement items prepaid within the USA )
You can email pictures showing a warranty problem, and most times it can eliminate having to send the product back ( that will save you one shipping charge). The factory has final say on whether a picture will suffice or if they need the product back.
